Sunscape Sabor Cozumel, Cozumel

The hotel was right on the Ocean, clean and comfortable, with a convenient location next to the beach. However, some room issues like knats and mold in the refrigerator affected the overall experience, and there were inconsistencies with the toiletries and restaurant availability during the stay.

Staying at this resort was a mixed experience. The rooms, while beautiful and clean, had some maintenance issues like leaky toilets and broken AC units. The service, however, was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and providing unexpected treats daily. The location was stunning but noisy at times. Dining options were enjoyable, although a bit distant from the main activities. Overall, the stay was comfortable with great service and some room for improvement in the facilities.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The junior suite I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, but the shower head was in poor condition, leaking, and moldy. The cleaning staff did a good job, though. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with special gestures like a gift package in my room. The location, while offering a stunning view, was near a water treatment plant. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with custom omelets, but the options were somewhat limited. The outdoor jacuzzi, despite being large, lacked privacy and cleanliness.
